This policy explains how Edgeryt Hire uses cookies and similar storage when you use the Hire workspace, public pages and related assessment experiences. Last updated {{OWNER: effective date once counsel approves}}.
2. What we use
Strictly necessary cookies, and first-party browser storage. We use no analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.
3. Essential cookies

4. Analytics
None. If this changes, analytics will stay off until you accept them.
5. Functional storage (not cookies)
- Billing currency: stored in localStorage.
- Assessment session: stored in sessionStorage so you can resume an attempt in the same browser tab.
6. Advertising
None.
7. Third parties
Google sign-in and Razorpay checkout may set their own cookies while you use those flows.
8. Consent
Everything we use is strictly necessary, so we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever add non-essential cookies, they will stay off until you choose. "Reject" will be as easy to use as "Accept", and you can change your choice later.
9. Managing cookies
Clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies prevents sign-in, and clearing session storage may end an in-progress assessment.
10. Changes
The "Last updated" date will change when this policy changes.
